Contact PostCopilot

Questions, bugs, billing, or partnerships — this page tells you exactly where to send them and when to expect a reply.

Email us

PostCopilot is run by a solo developer, so email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach a human. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Billing and data-deletion requests are prioritised and usually answered the same day.

What to include

Most support email takes two rounds because the first message is missing one detail. You will get a much faster answer if you include the following where relevant:

Other ways to reach us

You can also reach the creator on Threads at @tech.mom_us, or on LinkedIn. Social messages are read, but email is checked far more reliably — if your issue is urgent or involves billing, please use email.

Before you email: quick answers

"My export returned zero items." This is almost always a private or empty profile, or a Threads session that needs refreshing on our side. Try a well-known public profile first. If that works and yours does not, the profile is likely private — Threads does not expose private content to anyone who is not an approved follower, and neither can we.

"I hit a daily limit." Free use includes 3 exports per day and 1 export file download per day, which resets at midnight UTC. The rows you already exported stay on screen and are never capped. If you need more, the $2 day pass lifts the limits for 24 hours.

"Can you export private accounts?" No. We only ever access content that is publicly visible, and we will not build a way around that.

"Is there an app?" The web tools work in any browser, including mobile. The Chrome extensions are listed on the Chrome Web Store. There is no iOS or Android app.

More detail lives on the blog, and the about page explains what each tool does.
